Buyers be aware

Buyers be aware. There’s a lot of scam going on on this website. We ordered the sneakers and was told that the stickers was delivered we never got the sneakers. And we wasn’t able to speak to anyone about it. All they have is a chat and in the chat they kept on saying the same thing your sneakers is delivered but we didn’t get it they don’t care if you get it or not and they don’t want to show proof that it was delivered.

The shoes are nice, but be careful: if you receive the wrong item, you will get a refund, but you have to pay for the return shipping. In my case, I received a pair of boots that were clearly marked the wrong size. The shoes were $45 and it would have cost me $44 to ship them back, so I just stuck with them and left the store $45.

FAKE SHOES!

I ordered Jordan’s on this site GOAT and received august 26th 2022 after wearing 4x the sole on the right on came off the bottom of shoe! Stop buying from this company they are selling fake unauthentic sneakers! Then they don’t want to issue you a refund they actually emailed me it’s my fault for wearing them! I’m livid and need my money back and will never do business with them again! order # 463095425 you’ve been warned!

I ordered a pair of a bathing ape DCs…

I ordered a pair of a bathing ape DCs and received the wrong pair of shoes. I was totally bummed as these were the only pair .. after I put in my request for a refund I was promptly responded to and given the best service possible.. while I didn't get the shoes I wanted I was refunded within days of the refund request . Mistakes happen and they made sure to fix it.. thanks goat and you will continue to get my business..

Lost Jordan 3’s

I was very concerned about a shipment that was lost and G O A T step up with class. Not only did I receive store credit I was able to purchase my sneakers the Jordan 3 Fire Red and it was delivered on time.

CORRUPT! I sent them sneakers wrapped in plastic and sent me pics back without the plastic saying the shoes are scuffed up.

I sent them sneakers wrapped in plastic. They scuffed my shoes up and sent me pics back of the shoes no longer in plastic, then said I lied about it, then accused Capsule capsuletoronto.com of selling me scuffed up shoes, then admitted they may have made a mistake so they are going to offer the buyer a discount coming out of their end, the buyer didn't accept, which I don't fault them for, then tried to charge me $25 to send the sneakers back to me. The sneakers they messed up.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. There is not a customer friendly support. I waited for almost a month for my kicks and they never arrived nor where they delivered. You can't cancel your purchase even if they were not delivered either. After waiting that long they email me saying that I can cancel my order.

Terrible customer service

I got the shoes I ordered timely and in good shape. I didn't like them so I contacted about reining them they emailed me back sent instructions and printable song lable. All was good to this point although they only give store credit. Unfortunately I didn't get a packing slip and when I emailed them again I haven't ever gotten a reply. There is no phone number so shame on me 200 dollars for shoes I don't like. Also unless they are vintage regular sneakers are way more like almost double as other stores. I'll do better research next time.

I BOUGHT $200 PAIR OF SHOES. THEY DID NOT FIT. THE SHOES WERE TOO SMALL. I REQUESTED A REFUND OR EXCHANGE BUT THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT AND DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU THE FULL CREDIT FOR WHICH YOU ORGINALLY PAID. THEY GIVE YOU 3 DAYS TO RETURN BUT TAKE 2 DAYS TO EMAIL YOU BACK. ON TOP OF NOT GIVING A FULL CREDIT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO RETURN THE SHOES. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO RESOLVE ISSUES IN A TIMELY FASHION. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN EMAIL. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. THIS IS NOT A GOOD. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!
